A first post — and a note on what this space will become.
This is the beginning of something I have been meaning to do for a while: a place to write about the things I spend my time thinking about.
What to expect
I will be writing about AI, entrepreneurship, technology and the broader question of how new infrastructure creates new businesses. Some of it will be informed by what we are building at CogX, Ridian, Neevie and TwinStack. Some of it will be observation and pattern-matching from twenty-five years of building companies across telecom, digital media, online video and artificial intelligence.
The format will vary — long-form essays, short notes, responses to things happening in the ecosystem. The through-line will be the same question I keep coming back to: where is the next inflection point, and what gets built there?
